when weston was young and i actually kept up with nic's private life via magazines, they were always together. it was reported that he had all his contracts done so he could be with his son every weekend. if you are a good parent you have to trust that you have given them a solid foundation. as for how he looks, his dad wears make up all the time. it's part of it. plus, in high school many, many years ago i went around with the exact same look. black hair, white face, red lips, and lots of eyeliner. because my mother let me express myself, i ended up much better off in the end. all the clean cut preps at school had cocaine habits. you can wash off make up, and piercing holes close, but a repressed kid is a time bomb! never heard his lyrics though....

I suppose it must be like any other father/son relationship.  Full of love and angst. 

My son is two months older than Wes and trust me, he's trying to stretch his wings as far as he can.

As for how Wes dresses.  My concern really wouldn't be for how he dresses.  My concern would be for the lyrics he writes for his band that are coming from such an early age.  But.....I guess if you've been brought up or are constantly surrounded by different kinds of "artists" then you wouldn't necessarily see/hear in the lyrics something that could be a warning.  It's probably ART, pure and simple.  At least I hope so.

Thanks Bonnie for sharing those pics and links. I am always struggling about Weston, how is NIC /wes relationship?. I know NIc is an artist, so some ideas are taken different way, bat I cant imagine my son, wearing this type of clothes, wearing black make up, and so on....

Trust me, if you can't relax and have a good time at a place like The Atlantis, then something is seriously wrong with you!  

I hope our man got out into the sun for some sailing, scubaing, waverunning and parasailing as well as hitting the nightclub.
