Yeah I´m sure he had fun dressing himself like this... Also, I once read that he said he wished his uncle had cast him on the lead role in his Dracula movie, and he was so frustrated that he didn´t. So, he took advantage of his role in Deadfall to vent his frustration... and that would be the origin of his temper tantrum kicking and yelling on the bed... There´s another reason I guess for making this movie... He wanted to help his brother... ah what one would not do for la famiglia...
Mara.......personally I've always thought that the only way Nic agreed to do Deadfall and to appear even for a moment in Sonny was that he wanted to do it HIS way, choosing his own "appearance".
Me thinks that underneath it all Nic is a man who likes to 'play'. LOL!

Nic is a brave one when it comes to playing unlikeable characters... I hate that movie BTW, it´s the only one of his that I could watch only once... and did my best to erase all memory of it, but somehow the movie stayed with me... I guess that means it suceeded at some point LOL.
I love the movie Guarding Tess too! Maybe cuz it's a story of two very strong individuals who rub each other the wrong way from time to time but who underneath it all actually respect each other. By the end of the story, they've come to a tender and tacit agreement that they love each other and need each other. Truly a love story in an off-kilter way.
And I agree.....when he smiles it's like the sun comes out!
