I really think it would be fascinating to hang around a film set. Sure, there must be alot of waiting around and down time but you can always fill that time up with reading a book or answering emails.
But the shear chance/opportunity to be around such amazing energy and creative minds must make up for the 'down times'.
At least it should if you appreciate what it takes to make a story come to life!
