Many moons ago when I was a bride, I would cook up elaborate meals to please my groom.   (ya know......trying to practise the old adage that the way to a man's heart was thru his stomach....)

Anyhooo, one of my many attempts at pleasing his palate was to locate the recipe for and bake what was said to be the original Sacher Torte recipe from the Sacher Hotel (as I mentioned before....my in-laws lived in Austria for five years....so this really wasn't too difficult to do). 

Well, let me tell ya's..........Sacher Torte and Champagne do wonders for the libido.   I would recommend it to anyone trying to 'spice' up their life!

Before I went to Budapest, I was thinking about go to Hotel Sacher. I think Nicolas ate there so many good cakes.-)))

Hmm... Let´s see... What are today´s specials? Dessert: Sacher chocolate cake with some Nic Cage cream... I´m licking it.... Oooops I meant I´m liking it....
